Writing E-mails

  1. Subject: the topic of the email, or what the email will be about.
  2. Recipient: the person receiving (getting) the email.
  3. Compose: to create or write the email.
  4. Attachment: any file you’re attaching (adding) to the email.

i)  SALUTATION

When you don’t know the recipient’s name

When you know the recipient’s name

When writing to a group
